In addition to your contact information, please provide detailed information about your specific camper/rv/trailer with regards to size, make/model.
The Board will reply within 2 weeks.
Dibrova's Board of Directors is in the process of discussing plans for the 2018 summer season. In order to continue to maintain the unique beauty and tranquility of the park, there are several reminders which we would like to bring to your attention and for which we request your continued cooperation. With your assistance we can continue to make our park a pleasant place to enjoy.
Glass Ban – Please continue to adhere to the “glass ban request” in the park (especially on the beach and on the sports fields / courts) the park will be safer and cleaner.
Last year most people were conscientious about the request and it made a huge difference.
Electrical Power / Utilities - Costs on utilities are continuously escalating. In order to try to keep the financial increases under reasonable control the Board of Directors requests that when you are not occupying your unit overnight that the electrical appliances such as air conditioners, fans, ceiling fans and lights etc .be turned off.
Refrigerators (of course) may be left running.
Refuse Container (dumpster)- The disposal unit is for the exclusive use of the Dibrova tenants only, and only when the tenants are residing in the park.
The cost of weekly trash pick-ups is very expensive. Include an additional pick-up, Dibrova is paying over $ 450 per month for garbage pick-up.
Please notify the Caretaker or a member of the Board of Directors if you should notice the exploitation of this container.
Renovations - All painting, maintenance and renovations of rental units are encouraged. As to any planned structural remodeling, please do not do so prior to obtaining a Board of Directors approval. Please submit any plan for remodeling in writing to the Board of Directors, explaining what you are contemplating and what reimbursements, if any, you would be requesting.
Pest and Rodent Control – Please do not sprinkle any poisons outside your units. Animals such as squirrels, chipmunks and birds etc. are also attracted to these substances and are being killed.
Help On Clean Up Day - Year after year just the same small group of people volunteer their time to get the grounds ready for the upcoming season. The profuse amount of debris that accumulates over the winter months is overwhelming. The more people that can help, the better the Park will look.
Certain species of pines that are dying and the devastation of ash tress by the ash bores are at an alarming rate it is difficult for a small group to keep up with this onslaught of dead trees
Tenants please devote this time for the public areas of the park. Your individual apartments may be cleaned on Sunday after clean up
Please pitch in. The dates will be posted on the Dibrova Web Site.
Your support will help Dibrova continue its efforts to: provide a safe and beautiful environment for you and your children; enhance the bathrooms and add public showers; plant trees and flowers.
Remember when you where a kid on Dibrova? The forest was so thick you could barely see the soccer field from the road. The trees on Dibrova are aging and each year more trees die and need to be replaced. Become a tree sponsor!
Dibrova is a beautiful park – help keep it beautiful by volunteering to adopt a flower bed. Currently there are eight flower beds on Dibrova -- with several still available for adoption. If you would like to volunteer, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. Your name will be added to this web-site as the guardian for the flower bed you select. Flower bed guardians will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
